Swiss Finance & Property: Changes in the Executive Board

Urs Kunz has more than 20 years of professional experience in the financial industry. Most recently, he led the institutional clients business at Allianz Global Investors. Prior to that, Kunz worked for Merrill Lynch Capital Markets AG, Deutsche Bank and Credit Suisse.

As CIO, Adrian Schenker takes over the management of the newly created Indirect Real Estate Investments and Product & Business Development divisions.

CEO Hans-Peter Bauer continues to head the Executive Board. Patrick Dobler, CFO SFP Group, and Thomas Prajer, Head of Direct Real Estate Investments, complete the five-member management team.

The newly formed Extended Executive Board with Stephan Ehrsam (CFO SFP Funds AG), Sushant Sharma (Head Risk Management) and Nicolas Hatt (Head Capital Markets) rounds off the management team.

Swiss Finance & Property Funds AG, founded in 2006, acts as an independent fund management company. The management boards of both companies are staffed with the same persons.
