The Raiffeisen Futura Immo Fund was launched in March 2014 and is open to the public. It invests in sustainable new construction projects, existing buildings and conversions throughout Switzerland, with a focus on residential properties. The fund holds the properties in direct real estate ownership. Currently, the Raiffeisen Futura portfolio consists of twelve properties: nine existing properties and three construction projects.

Verit intends to announce the exact terms of the planned capital increase at the beginning of June 2017. The issue price will consist of the net asset value as of the end of March 2017 after distribution plus the accrued income until the payment date as well as the issuing commission, the fund management company informs.

The aim of the capital increase is to raise additional funds for the purchase of further properties, the financing of refurbishments and construction projects, and the repayment of debt financing.
