Steiner Investment Foundation: New investment group buys in
The Steiner Investment Foundation's "Swiss Development Residential" investment group has acquired a site in Pfäffikon (ZH) for a residential development.

The issue of the "Swiss Development Residential" investment group was already completed at the end of March this year, the Steiner Investment Foundation now announces. Subsequently, the first land purchase for a residential development in Pfäffikon (ZH) was realized.
The "Weidsicht" development project includes six apartment buildings with a total of 38 condominiums. According to Steiner, the pre-marketing status is 65 percent. The building permit has been issued and construction will start soon, the statement continues.
According to the Steiner Investment Foundation, this acquisition increases the net asset value (NAV) per claim from CHF 100 to CHF 103.12, and investors had already realized a profit at the first quarterly closing. It is planned to acquire further projects in the coming months, it said.
The Steiner Investment Foundation operates as an asset management company exclusively for Swiss pension funds. The tax-exempt foundation's registered office is in Zurich-Oerlikon.
