CBRE strengthens consulting services for building owners

CBRE's construction consultancy assists clients with project developments, refurbishments, new builds, conversions and interior fit-outs from conception to completion. With the addition of Clive Hildering, the team now grows to 19 project managers.

Hildering brings a wealth of experience in the field of real estate development and overall project management: He has managed projects in all price segments in the largest Swiss cities from the acquisition phase to project planning and execution, CBRE reports. He has many years of experience in building construction planning/execution and consulting. The architect most recently worked for the construction management company Coneco.
