SVIT: Andreas Ingold is the new president
Andreas Ingold has been the new president of the Swiss Real Estate Association SVIT Switzerland since June 16. He succeeds Urs Gribi.

Andreas Ingold, CEO of the real estate services provider Livit, was appointed to succeed Urs Gribi at the SVIT Delegates' Meeting in Pontresina (GR) on June 16, 2017. Ingold was previously Vice President of the SVIT and is therefore familiar with the association's business.
In his inaugural statement, Ingold announced his focus on education, lobbying, member services and networking.
Michel Molinari (Helvetia Versicherungen, Basel, Vice President and Industry Development), Jean-Jacques Morard (de Rham SA, Lausanne, Vice President and Education) and Peter Weber (Buchhaltungs AG/Wirtschaftsprüfungs AG, Thalwil ZH, Finance) were newly elected to the Presidium. Andreas Dürr (law firm Battegay Dürr Wagner, Basel, Legal and Political Affairs) was confirmed in office.
Already at the beginning of the year, the new SVIT management under the leadership of Marcel Hug and deputy Ivo Cathomen took over their tasks. With the delegates' meeting, a comprehensive revision of the statutes also came into force.
