Raiffeisen Futura seeks fresh capital
The Raiffeisen Futura Immo Fund has now announced the details for its capital increase announced in May. The fund aims to raise a total of around CHF 70 million from investors.

The Raiffeisen Futura Immo Fonds intends to use the transaction to raise additional funds for the purchase of further properties, the financing of construction projects and the repayment of debt financing.
The volume of the capital increase is expected to be around CHF 70 million, the subscription period has been running since June 16 and ends on July 7, 2017. Five existing units entitle the holder to subscribe to three new units of the fund. The subscription price has been set at CHF 97.82 net per new unit.
The liberation is scheduled to take place on July 10.
The Raiffeisen Futura public fund was launched in March 2014. It invests in sustainable new construction projects, existing buildings and conversions throughout Switzerland, with a focus on residential properties. The fund holds the properties in direct land ownership. The portfolio consists of twelve properties: nine existing properties and three construction projects.
