Pax Anlage AG: delisting in autumn
The shares of Pax Anlage AG will be delisted from the SIX Swiss Exchange. The last trading day is October 9, 2017.
On June 9, 2017, Immobilien-AG submitted an application for delisting of its shares from the SIX Swiss Exchange and for exemption from disclosure obligations in order to maintain the listing up to and including the last trading day. By decision dated July 7, 2017, SIX Exchange Regulation approved the delisting of all registered shares with a par value of CHF 100 each.
The delisting of the shares will therefore take place on Tuesday, October 10, 2017. The last trading day of the Pax Anlage shares will be Monday, October 9, 2017. In a decision dated June 16, 2017, SIX Exchange Regulation had already approved the AG's request for exemption from disclosure requirements in order to maintain the listing. These have now officially entered into force.
The insurance group Baloise, through its subsidiary Basler Leben, now holds more than 83 percent of the Pax investment securities and had asked the management to delist the shares (security no. 217834). The acquisition was completed at the end of March. Together with Bâloise Wohnbauten AG, a new Pax investment group is now to be formed.
