Uze AG in Uzwil is a family business that invests in sustainable construction projects in the residential and commercial sectors. In spring 2016, it merged with Bühler-Immo AG, which belongs to the same ownership. Now, the "Bühler-Immo" brand has been fully integrated into Uze AG and its Architecture, Facility Management, and Living business units.

In the Architecture division, Bühler AG and Uze AG have recently completed construction projects in the research, office, and commercial sectors in Switzerland, Germany, China, and Vietnam. Current projects include the innovation campus in Uzwil and a new production and research facility with an area of more than 130,000 square meters at the Changzhou-Liyang site in China.

The Facility Management division is responsible for the sustainable management of the properties under its care as well as the technical building systems and facilities.

The "Living" business unit carries out the technical and commercial management of residential and commercial properties. This includes strategic building management with long-term investment planning as well as maintenance and optimization of the property's yield and earning power, valuation and sale of properties, and initial and renewed leases.

Uze AG is one of the most traditional real estate companies in eastern Switzerland. Since 2014, a member of the Bühler family has been managing the company.
