Swiss Life real estate fund raises 93 million
The real estate fund Swiss Life REF (LUX) Commercial Properties Switzerland raised around CHF 93 million from investors as part of its capital increase in June.
The issue was carried out on a commission basis ("best effort basis") as part of a rights offering. No rights trading took place during the subscription period. With a subscription ratio of seven to one, the maximum number of 77,143 shares was issued at an issue price of CHF 1,206.07 per share - the subscription volume thus amounts to approximately 93 million.
The new shares will be paid on July 24, 2017, and the proceeds from the issue will be used to reduce debt financing and further expand the real estate fund portfolio, the fund management announces.
Swiss Life REF (Lux) Commercial Properties Switzerland was launched in October 2012 and is aimed at qualified investors.
