Raiffeisen Futura receives CHF 70 million in funding
The Raiffeisen Futura Immo Fund raised around CHF 70 million as part of its capital increase.

Within the subscription period, 720,360 new share certificates at a subscription price of CHF 97.82 net were subscribed for the Raiffeisen Futura Immo Fonds, Raiffeisen announced. The capital increase has thus reached the targeted volume of CHF 70 million. The total fund volume rises to just under 200 million.
Roland Altwegg, Head of Products & Cooperations at Raiffeisen Switzerland, sees the capital increase as confirmation of the real estate fund's sustainable approach. Investments are only made in properties that meet sustainability criteria and at the same time yield attractive returns.
With the new inflow of funds, the Raiffeisen Futura Immo Fonds is planning, among other things, to acquire further properties. Most recently, in June, the fund purchased a residential and commercial property at Rosentalstrasse 71/Schwarzwaldallee 183 in Basel for CHF 17.5 million. The property, which has two anchor tenants, is located opposite the Badischer Bahnhof train station. In May, the fund had already purchased a commercial property on Bäumleingasse in Basel.
