Allreal: Stefan-Martin Dambacher appointed Head of Project Development

In January 2018, Stefan-Martin Dambacher will become the new Head of Project Development and a member of Group Management at Allreal Holding. He succeeds Nigel Woolfson.

Stefan-Martin Dambacher (born 1975, German) has been Head of Project Development at Mobimo since 2010. Prior to that, he worked as team leader for real estate development at Karl Steiner AG and as a sub-project manager at an architectural firm in Zurich.

Dambacher is an architect (Diplom-Ingenieur) and holds a Master's degree in Real Estate (CUREM) and an Executive MBA (HSG).

His predecessor Nigel Woolfson, who has headed the Project Development division since 2013, will step down from Group Management on December 31, 2017. He will continue to work for Allreal in an advisory capacity and in connection with individual projects, the Group announced.

Allreal managed project developments with a volume of CHF 494 million in the 2016 financial year.
