Bonainvest plans capital increase

Bonainvest Holding AG (Solothurn) is planning a capital increase with a volume of CHF 30 million as of September 20, 2017.

The subscription period for the capital increase is September 13, 2017, and the payment is scheduled for September 15. As the company writes in its issuance project for the capital increase, an issue price of CHF 85.10 per registered share is envisaged. Bonainvest intends to use the new capital to finance projects in planning and development, such as Am Baumgarten in Unterägeri (ZG), Strahmmatte in Münchenbuchsee (BE), En Parcs in Ecublens (VD) or Steinhof in Burgdorf (BE).

Bonainvest realizes residential properties for rent and sale. In addition to private investors, more than 60 institutional investors such as pension funds, investment foundations and insurance companies hold shares in the joint stock company. The real estate corporation carries out up to three capital increases per year. Institutional investors and qualified private investors are eligible as capital providers. According to the company, the calculated gross yield of the portfolio at full occupancy from 2023 is 4.8 percent.
