The buyer, who has not been named, is acquiring 44 of 73 apartments in Houses 5 and 6 with a total of around 4,345 square meters of living space. This corresponds to around 62 percent of the project's total living space. The apartments in the project will be marketed by the real estate broker Best Place Immobilien. The parties involved have agreed not to disclose the terms of the transaction.

The project of the Swiss real estate developer SSN Group is located directly on Prager Platz and only a few minutes' walk from the Kurfürstendamm promenade and shopping mile. In Berlin's Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf district, "Momente Berlin" is part of the planned Bundesallee quarter, which will close the gap at the corner of Bundesallee and Nachodstrasse. According to the company, the total investment for the "Momente Berlin" is approximately 50 million euros.

On the entire site, apartments and offices are being built on almost 7,500 square meters of floor space, which will have a total usable floor space of approximately 28,600 square meters. Of this, around 7,200 square meters will be devoted to 73 apartments and around 21,400 square meters to offices. In addition, 117 underground parking spaces will be created. The neighborhood is scheduled for completion in 2019.

The office building of the new Bundesallee quarter was already sold at the end of 2016 to Berliner Volksbank, which will set up its capital city representative office at the site. The immediate vicinity to Investitionsbank Berlin (IBB) will create a new banking district at the prominent junction at the entrance to Berlin's west, says Jürgen Overath, Germany head of SSN Group.
