SPG Intercity: Team expansion in Zurich

SPG Intercity Zurich AG is being strengthened in these weeks by four new employees in the areas of leasing, marketing and transactions.

Four consultants are joining the SPG Intercity Zurich AG team this summer. Here is an individual portrait of the newcomers:

Amelie Stielau (born 1985) joined SPG Intercity Zurich in July as Consultant Tenant and Landlord Representation. On the one hand, she advises local owners on the leasing of office space. On the other, she supports clients in leasing new (office) space and negotiating existing leases. Stielau most recently headed the research department of CBRE Switzerland and managed various leasing mandates. The geography graduate holds an MAS UZH in Real Estate.

Tobias von Monkiewitsch (born 1973) joined SPG in July as Consultant Investment and Consulting, where he advises on the sale and purchase of investment properties. The real estate consultant most recently ran his own company and previously worked in the real estate department of SwissLife. Originally, von Monkiewitsch comes from the tourism industry. Among other things, he completed a Master of Arts in Tourism Management in England.

Pascal Schmidt (born 1987) joins SPG Intercity Zurich in August as Senior Consultant Investment and Consulting. He will also be active in the sale of investment properties. He will also support the company with valuation and consulting mandates in the future. Schmid was previously a Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young Transaction Advisory Services. He holds a master's degree in law and the MAS UZH in real estate.

Anne Salvadori (born 1979) joins the Zurich team at SPG Intercity in September as Senior Consultant Corporate Solutions and Business Development and will advise clients in German-speaking Switzerland on marketing and leasing as well as on the leasing of commercial properties. Most recently, she was Director Corporate Real Estate for DTZ/Cushman & Wakefield in Zurich. Salvadori has worked in real estate since 2003 and holds an MSc in Real Estate and Property Management.
