Bally site sold to investment foundation
The Ecoreal investment foundation acquired the Bally site in Schönenwerd in the canton of Solothurn at the beginning of July.
As announced by the management of Ecoreal Schweizerische Immobilien Anlagestiftung, the acquisition includes five sections of the former Bally site in Schönenwerd (SO). In total, 13 plots of land with a parcel area of 72,627 sqm as well as 17 existing properties on them were purchased.
The Bally site is located in the immediate vicinity of the Schönenwerd train station. "The project is in a very good micro-location with various residential building land reserves, which can significantly define the site use in the future," Ecoreal writes.
How the Solothurn newspaper the sellers of the properties are SKW Immobilien AG and Bareal Immobilien AG. There are currently no plans for conversion or demolition of the existing buildings, as Ecoreal managing director Hans Jürg Stucki told the newspaper.
