AFIAA: Sebastian Feix is the new Global Head Transactions
As of August 14, Sebastian Feix has taken over the position of Global Head Transactions at AFIAA Investment Foundation for Real Estate Investments Abroad. He succeeds Ulrich Kaluscha, who led the division on an interim basis.
All in all, Feix, who studied business administration and real estate management (ebs), has been involved in buying and selling real estate for more than ten years.
Under its new CEO Ingo Bofinger, AFIAA has committed itself to a growth course. With its "2016+" strategy, the investment foundation aims to grow its portfolio from the current 1.4 billion to three billion over the next five years. AFIAA has recently made several acquisitions, most recently the Kaisergalerie in Hamburg for CHF 187.7 million.
