IAZI: New location in Lausanne
The real estate consulting company IAZI has opened a new office in Lausanne as of July 1, 2017.
The new IAZI site is located at Rue de Fontenailles 1 in Lausanne. The site manager is Driss Agramelal. He is a real estate appraiser with a Swiss Federal Diploma and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Agramelal is deputy head of IAZI's valuation and consulting team and will continue in this role.
The company, co-founded by Dr. Philippe Sormani in Geneva more than 20 years ago, is thus strengthening its presence in its region of origin. "With this new opening, we are moving even closer to the real estate industry in western Switzerland, which will have a positive impact on customer relations," says CEO Prof. Dr. Donato Scognamiglio.
