Milestone: Expansion of the management

The real estate service provider Markstein AG is expanding its management team and redistributing responsibilities.

As of 1 September 2017, Ralf Seidel (45) will be responsible for project management at Markstein AG. The graduate architect FH/SIA has many years of experience and broad expertise in project management, according to the company.

In May 2006, Reto von Rotz took over as head of the project management division, which was still in its infancy at the time. After eleven years of developing and expanding this area, he is now taking over the Investment division from Marco Uehlinger, Chairman of the Executive Board.

As a result of this new formation, Uehlinger will concentrate even more on the management and customer support, it is said. Simon Meier, Jutta Mauderli, Karin Hochuli and Carlos Garcia will continue to be members of the now seven-strong Markstein AG management team.

The business of the real estate services company Markstein comprises the areas of portfolio management, project management, investment and the sale of owner-occupied homes/first-time rentals. The company, which has offices in Baden and Zurich, currently employs 27 people.
