Changing of the chair at Halter AG

Halter AG is realigning its Halter Real Estate business unit, among other things. In the future, this unit will focus on real estate marketing and strategic facility management.

The structural change in the division is also accompanied by personnel changes: David Naef, who has led the Real Estate business unit since 2011 and was a member of Group Management, has decided to seek a new challenge outside the company, Halter writes. Jacques Hamers will now take over as Managing Director of Halter Real Estate. Together with Roman Egger and Andres Stierli, he will lead the service sector in the Real Estate Executive Board.

The Halter service area Service Development, headed by Daniel Grando, will now be part of Business Development under the overall management of Alex Valsecchi. The Real Estate Management unit will be integrated into Corporate Services. Andreas Feuz and Markus Beglinger will be responsible for this service segment as team leaders for real estate management. Patrick Mandlehr, the current overall manager, will leave Halter AG and take up a new position in Real Estate Services at the "Building Technology Park" in Schlieren.

In addition, Halter AG, which now has four offices in Basel, Bern, Lausanne, and Lucerne, wants to "realign communications and increasingly base them on a regional basis," as CEO Markus Mettler explains. In the course of this repositioning of corporate communications, Sandra Wetzel will leave the company as of November 30, 2017. As a long-standing employee, Nik Grubenmann will be responsible for corporate communications in the future, according to Mettler.
