Helvetica Swiss Commercial: Capital increase and IPO
Helvetica Property Investors intends to carry out a capital increase for the Helvetica Swiss Commercial real estate fund in the fourth quarter of this year. An IPO is also planned.

According to the fund management company Helvetica Property Investors, there is a "high quality acquisition pipeline", which is why the company is considering a capital increase in the fourth quarter of 2017. The issue proceeds are to be used to further expand the real estate portfolio and improve the diversification of Helvetica Swiss Commercial.
In addition, the fund is scheduled to go public by mid-2019 at the latest.
The HSC was launched in 2016 and is a contractual investment fund under Swiss law for qualified investors. The fund's assets are invested in properties with appreciation potential in the main economic areas of Switzerland. According to the fund management, the core of the investments are properties that offer an attractive operating return and are potentially undervalued.
