CBRE: Reinforcement for the team in French-speaking Switzerland
CBRE is strengthening its leasing team in Western Switzerland with three new employees at its Geneva and Lausanne offices.
Raphael Revol, Virginie Bonin and Rafael Garcia have joined the leasing team at real estate consultancy CBRE in French-speaking Switzerland. Across Switzerland, the company now has 14 experts at its offices in Zurich, Geneva and in the Lausanne branch opened in June 2017.
Raphael Revol will be the new Director responsible for the leasing team in Geneva. He has gained experience in various asset classes in the real estate markets of Geneva and Lausanne over the past twelve years and has worked for Livit and Comptoir Immobilier in Lausanne, among others.
Virginie Bonin joins CBRE's High Street Retail team in Switzerland as Associate Director. She is responsible with a particular focus on development, advising owners and tenants on retail space in the city centres of Geneva and Lausanne. Virginie Bonin previously worked for SPG Intercity Geneva, among others.
Rafael Garcia joins the leasing team in Lausanne as Associate Director. He has many years of experience in the real estate industry and has been actively involved in the Lausanne real estate market for over ten years. He previously worked for AOS Studley, Reso Partners and de Rham.
