Pax Anlage: Change in the management
The Board of Directors of Pax Anlage AG has appointed Thomas Hasse Biniasch as the new CEO as of September 20, 2017.
Thomas Hasse Biniasch - since August 1, 2017 Head of Portfolio Management Real Estate at Basler Versicherungen - now replaces Paul-Henri Guinand as CEO of Pax Anlage AG, who held this position since May 1, 2017. Guinand will remain with the company as a member of the Board of Directors.
Biniasch was previously Head of Portfolio Management and a member of the Executive Board at Post Immobilien und Management Services AG for four years. Prior to that, he spent 14 years at Nationale Suisse as Head of Real Estate Portfolio Management and Head of Real Estate.
Pax Anlage AG, domiciled in Basel, is majority-owned by Basler Leben AG and holds a 100 percent stake in Baloise Wohnbauten AG (Basel). Together with this holding, it forms the Pax Anlage Group.
