In March 2017, the Global Real Estate of CS AM (Switzerland) Ltd. decided to map the entire service portfolio from the residential area "Living Services" via the Allthings platform in the future. As of January 2018, a total of 217 residential buildings will therefore be equipped with the Allthings service application for tenant communication.

Now, for the first time, four large business properties of CS AM will also be equipped with their own service app. Around 4,000 employees from companies in various regions of Switzerland will soon be able to access digital services via the mobile app. Via the mobile app, employees at the business properties can communicate directly with management via a service center and call up information about the building. In addition, concierge services such as cleaning and catering services can be booked directly via the app.

"As a leading real estate asset manager, we want to make our properties as attractive as possible. In the commercial sector, we also see the potential to add value to the properties through high-quality services, which is why we are expanding our collaboration with Allthings. We find the ability to flexibly integrate local service providers and the tenants themselves into the digital service model particularly attractive," says Silvio Preisig, Head of Real Estate Asset Management of Global Real Estate at CS AM.
