RICS Switzerland: New President
The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) has elected Pierre Stämpfli, Head of Romandie at JLL Switzerland, as the new President of the Swiss country organization.
RICS as a large international professional association of the real estate industry has about 400 members in Switzerland. The new Switzerland President Pierre Stämpfli, a graduate architect (ETH) with MAS in Real Estate (CUREM), has been an active Chartered Surveyor since 2009 and has been on the Board of Directors of RICS Switzerland since 2013.
"We are very pleased that RICS Switzerland has elected Pierre Stämpfli as its new president. The election underlines the high professional and personal esteem Pierre enjoys within the industry and - of course - also at JLL Switzerland," comments Jan Eckert, CEO of JLL Switzerland, on the election on September 27, 2017.
The other board members of the association in Switzerland are Stefan Roost (CBRE), Simon Baumgartner (Brun AG), Patrick Brenninkmeijer (Redevco Switzerland Asset Management Services AG), Andreas Deuber (HTW Chur), Yves Jeanrenaud (Schellenberg Wittmer SA), Cédric Murillo-Buscarini (Real estate Asset & Investment Management - ReAIM SA), Marie Seiler (PwC), Benjamin Zemann (Cadura Knuchel Zemann) and Omar Zoppi (UBS AG).
