SF Commercial Properties Fund: Capital increase in sight
Swiss Finance & Property AG is considering a capital increase for its SF Commercial Properties Fund in order to be able to make further real estate acquisitions.

As the company announced on October 17, the fund management is considering a capital increase in November 2017 for a maximum of CHF 120 million with a subsequent listing. The SF Commercial Properties Fund intends "to sustainably increase the fund's rental income through targeted acquisitions in the Zurich, Aargau, St. Gallen and Ticino areas".
Further details will be provided by the company "at the appropriate time," the statement added.
The SF Commercial Properties Fund invests in properties with a focus on industrial, logistics, commercial and retail throughout Switzerland. The real estate portfolio may also include special-purpose properties such as parking garages, shopping centers, and office and commercial properties in central locations and with long-term leases.
The fund portfolio currently comprises eight properties in the municipalities of Bubendorf, Dietikon, Frankendorf, Langenthal, Lyss, Spreitenbach, Thal and Weinfelden.
