Immovestore: Positive balance one year after launch
The online platform Immovestore.ch has been on the market for one year now and draws a positive interim balance.

Immovestore was founded in summer 2016 by Roland Vögele and Sacha Deutsch as a first digital platform for institutional real estate investors founded in Switzerland. According to the initiators, the platform now has more than 70 members from the circle of leading institutional investors. Further 50 investors are to be taken up soon, Immovestore communicates.
Since its launch, the platform has repeatedly expanded its offering. In September 2016, for example, the Expansion into French-speaking Switzerland with a French-language version, in March of this year. Immovestore entered into a cooperation agreement with Fixlend, a consulting firm specializing in mortgage origination by pension plans and pension funds.
Among the latest innovations is that members do not have to pay transaction fees and that advertised properties can only be offered to a pre-selected group of investors. Sellers can thus choose when to present their property to which potential buyers.
