Wincasa with new "Transformation" division
Wincasa is giving itself a new structure and creating the "Transformation" division. Sandro Principe will head it as Chief Transformation Officer (CTO).

The aim of this new area is to monitor change, drive digital transformation, and support Wincasa's agility and strategic development. The changes to Wincasa's corporate structure will take effect on January 1, 2018.
In addition to the new CTO Sandro Principe, Susanne Mader will also join the management of the real estate service provider as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Mader succeeds Markus Brechbühl. The long-serving CFO is leaving the company as a result of his early retirement on December 31, 2017.
His successor as CFO and Head of Finance & Corporate Center Before joining Wincasa, Mader worked as CFO and member of the executive board in various industrial companies with international activities, where she managed not only finance but also various corporate center departments. Mader holds an Executive MBA from the Technical University of Munich and an MAS in Business Consulting from the Hochschule für Wirtschaft Zürich (HWZ).
The designated CTO Sandro Principe holds a doctorate in business administration from the University of St. Gallen and has a long, international professional career in consulting firms and large Swiss telecommunications and logistics companies. He also has a lot of experience with the topics of digitalization and start-ups.
According to Wincasa, the adjustments to the corporate structure are being made with a view to the future, in which the company intends to take a leading role in the digitalization of the real estate industry and "expand to become a digital master." Oliver Hofmann, CEO Wincasa, says: "As an integral real estate service provider, Wincasa wants to move the market and drive the industry forward with new impulses. This includes developing further as a company and opening up new business areas. We are doing this by setting up the Transformation division, which gives the topic even more weight."
