SF Commercial Properties Fund launches capital increase
The SF Commercial Properties Fund will carry out a capital increase of up to CHF 126 million starting on Monday. The listing of all fund units is scheduled for 24 November 2017.
The Capital increase of SF Commercial Properties Fund announced in mid-October by issuing a maximum of 1.2 million new units and gross proceeds of up to CHF 126 million will be implemented by means of a rights offering. One existing Share entitles the holder to subscribe for one new Share at an issue price of CHF 105 net. The subscription period will run from 30 October to 17 November 2017 (12 noon CET).
The shares not subscribed for during the rights offering will either be subscribed for in a free placement or, if applicable, not issued, which would reduce the issue amount accordingly. BCV Banque Cantonale Vaudoise will act as custodian bank.
The fund management company intends to inform investors of the definitive number of new units to be issued after the end of the subscription period on 23 November 2017. The new units are expected to be paid on 24 November 2017. The listing and thus the start of trading of all fund units on the SIX Swiss Exchange is also expected to take place on this day.
