Swiss Estates: ALSA PK increases stake again
The ALSA pension fund has acquired further registered shares in Swiss Estates AG and now holds 5.01 percent of the voting rights.

Only at the end of October, the ALSA PK independent collective foundation had increased its stake in Swiss Estates to 3.53 percent. Following the new acquisition, ALSA now holds 143,625 registered shares with a par value of CHF 9.80 each.
Swiss Estates AG, whose shares are listed on the BX Berne eXchange, invests in residential properties in urban areas of Switzerland, including agglomerations of major cities. Residential properties with 20 rental units or more are acquired on an opportunistic basis, held for the long term and developed.
In the first half of 2017, Immobilien-AG increased its net property income year-on-year to over three million. The real estate portfolio at fair value (as of June 30, 2017) amounted to 161.3 million. This was further expanded in September through acquisitions.
