Capital increase: Helvetica Swiss Commercial wants to raise 65 million

The Helvetica Swiss Commercial Immobilien real estate fund intends to raise up to CHF 64.9 million as part of its capital increase.

The fund management intends to use the additional equity to further expand the portfolio. The Helvetica Swiss Commercial - around one year after its launch in August 2016 - 200 million portfolio which, according to the fund management company, generates a gross actual return of 5.87%.

Exclusive negotiations are currently underway for the purchase of several properties - particularly in regions not yet occupied in the portfolio - with a total volume of 50 million. According to the fund management company, further investments totaling around 300 million are in advanced negotiations.

The capital increase has been running since November 20 and ends on December 15, 2017. One subscription right will be allocated to each existing share. Two subscription rights entitle the holder to subscribe to one new share. A maximum of 617,650 shares will be issued at a price of CHF 105.11.
