RICS Europe appoints new board
RICS has appointed Tina Paillet, Head of Projects and Technology at Generali Real Estate, as the new Chair of its European World Regional Board.

The Board of RICS Europe represents over 8,000 real estate professionals from more than 40 European countries and consists of nine members.
In addition to Tina Paillet FRICS, the board includes Severyna Afanasyev MRICS from Poland, Marcel de Boer MRICS from the Netherlands, Managing Director at Troostwijk, Silvio Estienne MRICS, Co-Founder and Managing Director of Belvedere REIM in Paris, Eduardo Fernandez-Cuesta FRICS, Chairman of the Board of the Association in Spain and shareholder at Acano Real Estate.
Other board members are Nikolaus Holzinger MRICS, Member of the Executive Board at Accom Real Estate Group, Pascal Plotegher FRICS, Project Manager at Poste Immo in France and Member of the Conseil de l'Immobilier de l'Etat Français, Josiane Richardson MRICS, Director at the family business Richardsons Chartered Surveyors, Estate Agents & Valuers and Maarten Vermeulen FRICS, the RICS Regional Managing Director for Europe, Russia and CIS.
The Board of RICS Europe is part of the World Regional Boards and reports directly to the Management Board of the prestigious industry association. The main task of the World Regional Boards is to implement the strategy at regional level. The main focus is on implementation control and resource allocation within the regions. The board meets three times a year and plays a central role in implementing targets and industry standards.
