In recent months, UBS "Anfos" has made several acquisitions and launched construction projects, particularly in the Zurich, Basel and Berne regions. As a result, the portfolio volume has increased by a total of CHF 165 million.

In order to finance further growth, a capital increase will be carried out from November 30 to December 8, 201 7; official rights trading will take place on the SIX Swiss Exchange from November 30 to December 6. The issue will be carried out on a commission basis (best effort basis) as part of a public subscription offer in Switzerland. At the end of the subscription period, subscription rights that have not been exercised will expire worthless. The number of new units to be issued will be determined by the fund management company UBS Fund Management on the basis of the subscription rights exercised at the end of the subscription period. During the subscription period, existing unitholders may acquire new units in the real estate fund on the basis of their subscription rights (subscription rights ratio 1:15). New investors can participate in the capital increase by trading their subscription rights on the stock exchange.

According to earlier information, the management of UBS "Anfos" expects an issue volume of around CHF 122 million. A large part of this is to flow into two new construction projects and one renovation project: A residential property with an investment volume of CHF 45 million is being built on Bahnhofsplatz in Lausen; completion is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2017. A new residential property ("Zwicky-Zentrum") is also being built on Zwickystrasse in Wallisellen. The investment volume here is 90 million. Construction is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2018. In Thun, the residential estate on Meisenweg is being completely renovated with an investment volume of CHF 30 million. Completion is scheduled for the third quarter of 2019
