Acron Helvetia I loses board of directors
Marc E. Kurtenbach, member of the Board of Directors of Acron Helvetia I Immobilien AG, listed on the Bern Stock Exchange since 2009, has decided to step down from his position at the end of November 2017.
Immobilien AG holds the Lyreco office and logistics property in Buchs (ZH) and the Südpark Solothurn office property. According to the Acron Group, the Board of Directors has "noted with regret" Kurtenbach's decision and thanks him "for his commitment to the good of the company".
Acron Helvetia I Immobilien AG is focused on holding and managing investment properties. Since December 2007, it has held the office and logistics property in Buchs, and on January 1, 2009, the company merged with Südpark Zuchwilerstrasse Immobilien AG. Since then, it has held the office property in Solothurn as a second investment property.
Mr. Marc E. Kurtenbach was a member of the Board of Directors of Acron Helvetia I Immobilien AG as a representative of Merck Finck Privatbankiers AG since May 27, 2014.
