Swiss Prime Site: Blackrock holds just under ten percent
The US financial investor Blackrock now holds a stake of just under ten percent in Swiss Prime Site.
As announced by Swiss Prime Site, Blackrock holds a total of around 7.1 million voting rights in Immobilien-AG as at December 4, 2017. The shareholding corresponds to 9.93 percent of the voting rights. Just a few days earlier, Immobilien-AG had announced that Blackrock's stake had exceeded the 10 percent mark: As of December 1, the financial investor held 7.2 million voting rights, or 10.01 percent. According to information from awp BlackRock held 9.62 percent of the voting rights in Immobilien-AG prior to the recent transactions.
Blackrock is the largest shareholder of Swiss Prime Site. Other major shareholders are the American financial services provider State Street Corporation with 4.1 percent and Credit Suisse with 3.0 percent of the voting rights (as of June 30, 2017).
