As of November 30, 2017, a total of around CHF 661 million was invested in properties of MobiFonds Swiss Property. The fund portfolio currently comprises 20 notarized investment projects. The various construction projects are developing according to plan, according to a media release. In order to secure the financing of the current investments, the fund management intends to issue new units at the beginning of 2018.

The subscription period for the capital increase of a maximum of 750,000 shares runs from January 24 to February 7, 2018. Eight existing shares entitle the holder to subscribe to one new share. The issue will be carried out on a commission basis ("best effort basis"). No rights trading will take place during the subscription period; the subscription price will be determined at the end of the subscription period.

Swiss Mobiliar Asset Management intends to publish detailed information on the capital increase in the issuing prospectus in January 2018. MobiFonds Swiss Property invests directly in real estate assets and real estate projects in Switzerland, preferably in economically strong regions and their agglomerations.

According to the fund management, the aim is "a broadly diversified portfolio in terms of regions, types of use (with a focus on residential buildings), property sizes and tenant mix". The fund invests not only in real estate assets and building land suitable for immediate construction, but also in undeveloped land through development projects.
