Handover at Espace Real Estate
Generation change at Espace Real Estate: Theodor F. Kocher, who has been Chairman of the Management Board for many years, is handing over his office to new hands at the turn of the year.
"After thirteen years of successful work, Theodor F. Kocher will hand over the chairmanship of the executive board to Lars Egger as of January 1, 2018," Espace Real Estate writes in a media release. Egger has been responsible for managing development and construction projects at the company since February 15, 2015.
The Espace Board of Directors will propose Theodor F. Kocher for election to the Board of Directors at the Annual General Meeting on May 17, 2018, the statement added.
Espace Real Estate Holding AG is a real estate investment company based in Biel. The company invests in real estate in the cantons of Bern, Solothurn, Aargau, Lucerne and Schaffhausen. As of June 30, 2017, the value of the real estate portfolio amounted to CHF 635.5 million. The Company's shares are traded on the electronic trading platforms of Berner Kantonalbank (OTC-X) and Zürcher Kantonalbank (eKMU-X).
