Investis: Purchase of property portfolio in Geneva
Investis Holding SA, listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange, signed a purchase agreement to acquire Société d'investissements immobiliers (SII) SA, Geneva, on December 20, 2017.
The real estate company SII has a portfolio of ten residential properties in Geneva. The purchase price is stated at CHF 108 million. The closing of the acquisition is expected to take place on February 1, 2018.
The annualized target rental income of the SII residential properties currently amounts to 5.6 million. Investis made a down payment of 10.8 million with the signing of the contract on December 20.
"The high rental potential and central location of the properties in Geneva are an excellent fit with Investis' strategy," comments CEO Stéphane Bonvin on the purchase.
