UBS Anfos raises 122 million
The UBS "Anfos" real estate fund has raised CHF 122 million from its capital increase. The fresh money will primarily be used to advance three residential projects.
The capital increase for the UBS (CH) Property Fund - Swiss Residential "Anfos" from November 30 to December 8, 2017 was 100 percent placed, the fund management announces.
A large part of the issue proceeds of around CHF 122 million will be used for three projects: A new residential property has been built on Bahnhofsplatz in Lausen; the investment volume amounts to around CHF 45 million. A residential property with an investment volume of CHF 90 million will be built on Zwickystrasse in Wallisellen by the fourth quarter of 2018. In Thun, the fund is renovating the residential property on Meisenweg for 30 million; completion is scheduled for the third quarter of 2019.
According to the fund management, the remaining issue proceeds will be used to purchase additional properties, finance renovations and construction projects and repay debt financing.
