Valres Swiss Residential acquires
The real estate fund Valres Swiss Residential has partially invested the funds from its recent capital increase. Five investment properties in western Switzerland were acquired for CHF 82.5 million.

Valres Swiss Residential raised CHF 157 million in its capital increase, and in December 2017 the fund management company made five acquisitions in western Switzerland, including a development project in Geneva. The fund management company puts the average yield at 5.45 percent.
With these latest acquisitions, the properties in the fund's portfolio are distributed approximately one third each in the cantons of Geneva (29%), Vaud (39%) and Fribourg (32%). Valres Swiss Residential invests mainly in residential buildings or mixed residential and commercial properties in the urban centers of French-speaking Switzerland.
