MobiFonds Swiss Property: Fresh money for further growth
The second capital increase for MobiFonds Swiss Property announced in November 2017 is taking place as planned.

As announced in November 2017, the fund management of MobiFonds Swiss Property is carrying out the second capital increase. According to the company, the proceeds from the issue will be used to secure the fund's further growth. The fund portfolio currently comprises 20 certified investment projects worth around CHF 830 million.
The subscription period for the capital increase of a maximum of 750,000 shares at an issue price of CHF 112.00 net will run from January 24 to February 7, 2018, 12:00 noon. Eight existing shares entitle the holder to subscribe to one new share. The issue will be carried out on a commission basis ("best effort basis"). No trading in subscription rights will take place during the subscription period; the subscription rights price will be determined at the end of the subscription period by dividing the difference between the average bid price during the subscription period and the issue price of a fund unit by eight. If this calculation does not result in a positive value, the value of the subscription right is zero.
The new shares will be paid out on February 15, 2018.
