Fundamenta expands management
Ricardo Ferreira joins the Fundamenta Group management team.
With immediate effect, Ricardo Ferreira assumes overall responsibility for the "Investment Management" division at Fundamenta and also joins the company's management team. The division comprises portfolio, portfolio and transaction management. Ferreira has worked for the company since 2009. He holds a Master's degree in Real Estate Management (HSLU/FHZ).
Benjamin Büecheler has been appointed Head of Investment Management. He has been working for the company in this area for more than three years. In his new role, he will be responsible for the operational management of the "Portfolio Management" department. Büecheler is a federally certified real estate fiduciary, a real estate appraiser with a federal diploma and a real estate manager with a federal diploma.
