Investis completes acquisition of SII SA
Investis Holding has completed the acquisition of the Geneva-based real estate company Société d'investissements immobiliers SII SA. Investis is thus taking over a portfolio of ten residential properties.
On December 20, 2017, Investis Holding announced the acquisition of SII SA, and on February 1, 2018, the transaction was completed at a price of CHF 108 million. As a result, a portfolio of ten residential properties in a central location of Geneva with a target rental income of 5.6 million is transferred to Investis.
Founded in 1994, Investis Group invests in residential properties in the Lake Geneva region and provides real estate services throughout Switzerland. The portfolio was valued at CHF 1.04 billion as of June 30, 2017.
