SPS: Blackrock holds 10 percent of the shares
Swiss Prime Site announces that US investor Blackrock holds a total of around 7.15 million voting rights in the company as of February 1.
Blackrock's stake in Swiss Prime Site thus corresponds to a voting right share of exactly 10 percent.
Blackrock had already briefly exceeded the 10 percent mark in December last year: On December 1, the financial investor held 7.2 million voting rights or 10.01 percent. Only a few days later, the shareholding fell again to 7.1 million voting rights or 9.93 percent.
Blackrock is by far the largest shareholder of Swiss Prime Site. Other major shareholders are the American financial services provider State Street Corporation (4.1%) and Credit Suisse Funds AG (3.0%; as of June 30, 2017).
