The listed "Topas Arkade" on the corner of Friedrichstrasse and Mittelstrasse was built around 1900 with a Wilhelminian-style facade; the property was completely renovated in 1998. The office and commercial building has a leasable area of around 5,000 sqm distributed over seven floors. It is currently let to over 30 tenants.

The property is the seventh in the portfolio of the UBS (D) Core Opportunities Europe Fund, which is aimed at institutional investors and invests in office and retail properties in Europe. The seller is the Meyer Bergman Fund.
