CBRE opens new office in Basel
The real estate consulting firm CBRE, previously represented by offices in Zurich, Geneva and Lausanne, is opening a new office in Basel in March.
CBRE wants to further strengthen its presence in German-speaking Switzerland and is opening a new office at Picassoplatz 8 in Basel on March 1, 2018. Basel, with its many company headquarters, is one of the most important economic regions in Switzerland - making the "new office a strategic location," says the consulting firm, explaining the move.
The five-strong CBRE team in Basel is headed by Arnaud de Montmollin. Montmollin is responsible for property sales, Fabian Berni for tenant representation and portfolio management, Alessia Breda for valuation and consulting, Benjamin Balmer for leasing and marketing, and Keith Begley for corporate accounts.
