Privera: Construction Management Switzerland under new management
On May 1 of this year, Ivan Godenzi will take over as Head of Construction Management Switzerland at Privera. As part of the new appointment, the division will also be reorganized, the company announces.
According to the company, the previous Head of Construction Management Patrick Widmann is leaving Privera, which is part of the Investis Group, at his own request, but will accompany his successor Ivan Godenzi during the transition phase.
Godenzi (28) is a qualified construction manager and structural engineering technician HF and has extensive experience in managing construction projects. Most recently, he was project manager and authorized signatory at S+B Baumanagement AG. Among other things, he was responsible for the Zug Estates "Aglaya" high-rise project in Risch Rotkreuz and for various Migros Aare projects.
The entire division will also be reorganized as part of the new appointment: In future, construction management will be organized according to the client trust and construction services divisions instead of by region as before. Marcel Scheverling, who has been working for Privara since May 2017, will be in charge of the client trust division and will also act as Deputy Head of Construction Management.
