Allreal issues 125 million bond
Allreal Holding has issued a CHF 125 million bond. The issue serves to repay short-term bank debt, the company announced.

The bond has a term of five years (until April 19, 2023) and a coupon of 0.50 percent p.a. The issue amount is CHF 125 million and the issue price is 100.123 percent. Payment will be made on April 19 of this year and an application will be made for the bonds to be listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange.
Zürcher Kantonalbank, Credit Suisse, Raiffeisen Schweiz Genossenschaft and UBS are acting as joint lead managers.
As at December 31, 2017, the value of Allreal's real estate portfolio amounted to around CHF 3.96 billion. In the 2017 financial year, the project volume handled by the Projects & Development division amounted to CHF 420 million.
