Mobimo CEO Caviezel to step down in 2019
Personnel changes were announced at the Annual General Meeting of Mobimo Holding. Next spring, long-time CEO Christoph Caviezel plans to give up his post and move to the Board of Directors.

Christoph Caviezel has been at the helm of Mobimo Holding for more than ten years and plans to hand over operational management of the company in spring 2019. The search for a new CEO will be initiated promptly, according to a Mobimo statement.
Georges Theiler, Chairman of the Board of Directors, also announced at the Annual General Meeting that he and his Board colleague Wilhelm Hansen will not stand for re-election in 2019. Peter Schaub is to be proposed as the new Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Christoph Caviezel is also to be elected to the Board.
At the 18th Annual General Meeting of Mobimo Holding, 61.75 percent of the voting share capital was represented, with a total of 183 shareholders attending. All proposals of the Board of Directors were approved, including the payment of an unchanged dividend of CHF 10.00/share.
