Novavest: Change in the management
There will be changes in the management team at Novavest Real Estate: CFO Patrick Hauser and COO Marcel Schneider will leave the Executive Board as of April 30, 2018.
The background is a change of ownership at Nova Property Management AG - the company provides management and consulting services for Novavest. Peter Mettler, the CEO of Novavest, has sold his shareholding of 75 percent to Nova Property Management; the new owners of the company are Marcel Schneider and Rolf Schubiger.
The transaction will result in a demerger of the two companies. As a result, the two members of the Novavest management team, Patrick Hauser and Marcel Schneider, will leave the company and assume identical functions at Nova Property Management. Peter Mettler remains CEO.
According to Novavest, the two companies concluded a new service agreement on May 1, 2018, which is largely unchanged from the previous contract. What is new is a notice period of three years to the end of each calendar month - previously it was only one year.
