Swiss Prime Site: Elisabeth Bourqui leaves Board of Directors
Elisabeth Bourqui will step down from the Board of Directors of Swiss Prime Site as of April 23. She will become Chief Operating Investment Officer at the CalPERS pension fund.
Elisabeth Bourqui has been a member of the Board of Directors of Swiss Prime Site since April 2016, and was also a member of the Audit, Nomination and Compensation Committees. As of mid-May, she will now assume the position of Chief Operating Investment Officer at California Public Employees' Retirement System (CalPERS).
Bourqui is stepping down as a member of the Board of Directors in order to avoid potential conflicts of interest due to CalPERS' investment in Swiss Prime Site and to comply with applicable pension fund guidelines, Swiss Prime Site announced.
